Rulers of the World
Hiller Aviation Museum
Rulers of the World is the brainchild of co-entrepreneurs, Sarah and Maarten van Ryckevorsel. A Ruler of the World is a 12-inch wooden ruler, made in the U.S.A. of American-grown basswood (which comes from the linden tree), printed with non-toxic ink and coated with a clear lacquer. One side of the ruler has measurements both in inches (in 1/16” increments) and centimeters (in millimeter increments). The other side of the ruler has a list of “rulers,” or leaders in their field or community.
